Our founders

Callum & Ryan founded Hartford Capital Group based on the fundamental belief in the power of property as a highly versatile and reliable asset class, that when balanced correctly within an investment portfolio with the right products, can outperform all others over the long run. In 2018 they collectively recognised a gap in the market for hyper-focused property investment strategies, using a much broader range of sophisticated property investment products that could provide both UK and global investors with first-class returns.

With extensive experience across complementary industries, our founders have a shared a passion for property, architectural design and leveraging property to deliver great returns for clients and partners alike. Our goal is to offer more than just traditional investment services, but to occupy a position within the property investment market that is highly trusted, effective and relied upon. Since the company’s inception, Callum & Ryan have quietly led the team in delivering market-defining results for their clients.

FOUNDER | PRINCIPAL

Ryan Morley

Ryan has over a decade of experience in many property disciplines, from investment and residential sales to development both domestically and internationally.

Prior to founding Hartford Capital Group, Ryan specialised in handling high net worth clients whilst managing a team of consultants for a top five UK Property Investment Consultancy. Executing millions of pounds in transactions and advising hundreds of global investors, Ryan has optimised portfolios globally. A recognised industry advisor, for handling the disposal of developer off- market residential stock, Ryan has operated in every role available in property, from advising clients on the acquisition of investment grade property, as well as delivering successful residential schemes with Co-founder and brother, Callum.

FOUNDER | DIRECTOR

Callum Morley

Callum is a recognised creative digital head of product, with a strong understanding of property investment, business operations and technology.

Prior to founding the Hartford Capital Group, Callum was a Principal Consultant for a UK-based Management Consultancy, bringing with him over a decade of experience in designing business-led technology products and strategies for a wide range of clients. Over the years, Callum has built up specialist knowledge advising clients such as BMW, Goldman Sachs, Burberry and Net-A-Porter among many others. Privately active in the property market, Callum has successfully completed many investment development schemes with Co-founder and brother, Ryan.
